Alan Dershowitz makes startling prediction about possible Trump indictment

Harvard Law School emeritus professor Alan Dershowitz has made a startling prediction about Trump’s potential upcoming indictment.

Dershowitz made the comments during an interview on Just the News, Not Noise on Friday following the release of the redacted affidavit used to approve an FBI raid of the former president’s home.

The prediction

“If no more evidence comes out, based on what’s in the un-redacted portions of this affidavit, President Trump will not be indicted. I don’t think Garland is going to indict him for technical violations of these kinds of statutes that look very similar to what happened with Hillary Clinton,” Dershowitz said.

“I think the same standard has to apply to a Republican candidate as to a Democratic candidate,” he added.

Trump’s response

In addition to threatening legal action, Trump poked fun at the FBI’s heavily redacted indictment that revealed very little regarding the indictment’s intended purposes.

The attitude joins many other Americans who are growing tired of the politicized actions of the FBI and Department of Justice against both the former president and conservatives.

Of course, that hasn’t stopped the New York Times and others in mainstream media from calling for Trump’s indictment.

The attacks continue nearly two years after Trump’s departure from office while the Biden administration’s problems regarding inflation, gas prices, supply shortages and other issues are neglected. Voters will soon have their say during the midterm elections regarding who will control the House and Senate for the next two years.
