Alleged anti-white NYC subway mass shooter indicted on terrorism charges

Americans were horrified last month after a man opened fire on a New York City subway, leaving 10 people shot and another 19 injured.

According to Fox News, the individual who authorities say was responsible for the carnage has just been indicted.

Grand jury indicts

The network reported that a federal grand jury came back with an indictment last week against 62-year-old Frank R. James for carrying out a terror attack against a mass transit system as well as discharging a firearm during the commission of a violent offense.

The first charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison, while a conviction on the second means a minimum 10-year prison sentence.

Prosecutors say that James boarded a Manhattan-bound N train during morning rush hour with his gun, as well as a gas mask and a smoke canister.

He allegedly donned the gas mask and then activated the smoke device before opening fire, randomly, on fellow passengers.

Authorities are said to have recovered a pair of bags from a U-Haul van that James reportedly rented in Philadelphia before making his way to New York.

“The first bag contained, among other items, a firearm, a plastic container containing gasoline, a torch, a U-Haul key, and multiple bank cards,” James’ charging document explained. “The second bag contained fireworks, which are black powder-filled explosives.”

Racist videos

James is apparently a Black supremacist and was known to post racist material on social media, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson noted.

“It turns out that for years, Frank James posted black supremacist rants on his YouTube channel for all to see. Some of these videos date back to 2013 and continued until very recently,” Carlson pointed out.

“In one video that he posted to YouTube, James declares that, quote, ‘White people and black people as we call ourselves should not have any contact with each other. Blacks and whites so-called should not even be in the same hemisphere,'” Carlson read.

“In other posts, James called for violence against people on the basis of their skin color,” the host went on. “In one video, James says for example that, quote, ‘The white motherf—-rs that I want to kill, you know, I really want to kill them because they are white.”
