Americans say Hunter Biden scandal is ‘important,’ Trump may have won in 2020 if it was covered fairly: poll

The American people are not buying what Joe Biden is selling when it comes to his family’s sleazy international business deals, a new poll found.

Despite the Biden regime’s efforts to censor the overwhelming evidence of Biden’s corruption, a majority of Americans think that the Hunter Biden story is “important,” with nearly half saying that Biden might not have been elected had the scandal been covered properly.

Poll: Biden is corrupt

The Rasmussen poll found that 63 percent of Americans think the Hunter Biden scandal is “important,” compared to 17 percent who said it isn’t important at all.

About one-third of voters believe Biden’s claim, which he continues to make despite the evidence, that he has never discussed business with his son Hunter. Sixty-five percent said Biden has likely consulted with or otherwise profited from his son’s business deals.

Forty-eight percent of voters in the poll say that the 2020 election might have gone the other way if the Hunter Biden story had been covered properly, while 46 percent said that informing voters on the Biden family’s deed wouldn’t have made a difference.

The details of a conspiracy to meddle in the election by censoring legitimate news reports about Hunter Biden continue to emerge, with Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg recently admitting that he blocked the story following a tip from the FBI.

Whistleblowers at the FBI have also alleged that insiders sought to block an investigation of Hunter Biden’s laptop and that agents never followed up on an interview with a former business partner of Hunter’s, Tony Bobulinski, who identified Joe Biden as “the big guy” mentioned in a notorious e-mail exchange.

A “conspiracy” no longer…

The New York Post’s October 2020 reporting on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop showed that then-candidate Joe Biden was involved in his son’s business deals, despite his public claims to the contrary.

At the time, former intelligence officials pushed a baseless talking point that the scandal was “Russian disinformation,” and the claim was eagerly picked up by the Biden campaign and its media lapdogs — with Biden stating on national television that the story was “garbage.”

“They have said that this has all the characteristics — four, five former heads of the CIA, both parties — say what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage,” Biden said.

The conspiracy apparently worked — and it’s only now, with Biden in power, that the laptop has been widely acknowledged to be legitimate.

But the status of an investigation into Hunter Biden is unclear, and many fear it is being slowed down to protect the Biden family.
