While President Joe Biden refuses to acknowledge that there is a crisis at the southern border, the crisis is real — and very much deliberate.
Leaked Border Patrol files obtained by Fox News show that the Biden administration has released at least 160,000 undocumented immigrants onto America’s streets since March.
The Biden administration has reportedly released at least 94,570 migrants into the country with Notices to Report — that is, without court dates. Migrants receiving these notices are asked to show up at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office once they reach their final destination.
It’s essentially a slap on the wrist with no guarantee that they will ever show up in court, unlike a Notice to Appear, which functions more like an “indictment” in immigration court, as the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) notes.
NEW/THREAD: According to Border Patrol documents provided by a source, the federal gov has released over 70,000 illegal immigrants into the U.S. since August 6, including 31,977 released via parole (temp legal status, eligible for work permits).

The crisis continues
But that’s not all. Biden is also making extraordinary use of parole powers, which are supposed to be used with discretion, to let migrants stay and work in the United States, Fox reports. Since August, some 32,000 migrants have entered the country this way and are eligible for work permits.
Rodney Scott, the former chief of Border Patrol, told Fox that he never issued more than 5 or 10 parole orders a year. They are meant “only for significant humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit,” he said. “Neither of these appear to apply to the current situation.”
Nearly 40,000 migrants were released since August on their own cognizance.
Biden opens the borders
Meanwhile, Biden has continued to gaslight the country by claiming that the southern border is secure, but he has done seemingly everything in his power to make illegal immigration as convenient and painless as possible.
Indeed, the administration recently announced it would no longer treat illegal immigration like a crime punishable by deportation, making open borders, essentially, America’s official policy. And would-be migrants are taking note.
In recent months, as many as 200,000 undocumented migrants have entered the country each month, according to Fox, and that number could rise to 400,000 if Biden ends Title 42, virtually the only immigration policy he has retained from President Donald Trump. Already, 1.7 million migrants have been encountered at the border this year, according to reports.
While Biden has allowed countless migrants into the country willy-nilly, he is subjecting American citizens to oppressive vaccine mandates and has even cheered mass firings of unvaccinated Americans. He obviously doesn’t respect Americans or care about their welfare all that much.
