Presidential candidate Joe Biden is facing down major allegations of misconduct in regard to his son’s overseas dealings during his tenure in the Obama administration White House.
Despite some of the claims being independently verified, Biden is refusing to answer questions about the allegations, most recently abruptly ending an encounter with a reporter as soon as they mentioned the FBI.
Don’t mention it
During a campaign stop in North Carolina on Sunday, a reporter attempted to bring up the Hunter Biden claims, but as soon as the reporter mentioned the word “FBI,” Biden laughed and walked away.

This isn’t the first time Biden has simply refused to address a reporter’s question about the recent Hunter Biden revelations. Last week, CBS Reporter Bo Erickson attempted to get Biden to issue a statement as he was leaving Michigan, but instead of issuing a denial of the reports, Biden attacked Erickson.
“I know you’d ask it. I have no response,” Biden snapped. “It’s another smear campaign, right up your alley, those are the questions you always ask.”
Media suppression
The New York Post published an explosive report last week that Hunter Biden facilitated a meeting between then-Vice President Joe Biden — who was in charge of U.S. policy towards Ukraine at the time — and a board member of Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian energy giant.
Breitbart noted:
The meeting supposedly took place nearly a year after Hunter had joined Burisma’s board of directors. At the time, Burisma was facing heavy pressure from both the Ukrainian government and U.S. diplomatic officials over allegations of corruption.
Biden himself has not had to answer for the allegations that his family leveraged his office for political gain, because the mainstream media and big tech corporations are doing all the work for him.
In fact, Biden’s campaign — on multiple occasions — has appeared to tacitly admit that there is truth to the Post’s report.
Fox anchor Leland Vittert remarked to Biden campaign surrogate Jenna Arnold on Sunday: “What is interesting, you still have not answered the fundamental question, which is can anyone say that these emails are inauthentic and so far, I’ve not heard anybody say that.”
Arnold replied, “Yeah, I think that is fair. I don’t think anybody is saying [the emails] are inauthentic or not.”
There has been very little effort on Biden’s part to debunk or refute the claims that he allowed his family to abuse his office for years because there is very little will in the media to hold him accountable for the reports.
