President Joe Biden returned to his creepy whisper gaffe during a weekend speech, claiming, “I am your commander-in-chief.”
Biden shared the comment during the Naval Academy graduation ceremony.

The message
“You’ve all got so much to be proud of, you really do. By the way, once you’re commissioned, remember I am your Commander-in-Chief,” Biden whispered.
“So don’t ask me too tough a question, okay?” he added.

The madness
Biden’s whispering is not the first time he has resorted to the bizarre tactic.
In November, Biden whispered to a group of reporters in an odd rant.
Weirdo Joe 🤡💩4🧠
Biden Does the Creepy Whispering Thing Again After Calling on List of Pre-Approved Reporters (VIDEO) https://t.co/QKTF9hDyJ1 via @gatewaypundit— Debbie (@LottaCats454) November 3, 2021
The incident at the Naval Academy occurred as Biden’s approval rates continue to struggle ahead of the midterm elections in November.
The approval ratings follow a growing list of problems, including generation-high inflation, record gas prices, a border crisis, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, recent gun violence, a Supreme Court leak of a pending abortion rights case, a baby formula shortage, ongoing staffing shortages and more in just a year and a half in office.
Biden’s party could face sweeping defeats, turning the House back over the Republicans and removing Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) as House speaker. The Senate could also potentially flip red, with Georgia Republican candidate Herschel Walker threatening to give the GOP an advantage.
