Biden plans to run in 2024 ‘if’ he’s in good health

President Joe Biden revealed during a new interview that he plans to run for reelection in 2024 if he remains in good health.

ABC News correspondent David Muir asked Biden if he planned to run for reelection.

“I’m a great respecter of fate. Fate has intervened in my life many, many times. If I’m in the health I’m in now, if I’m in good health, then in fact I would run again,” Biden answered.

A Trump Rematch?

Muir also asked Biden about a possible rematch against former President Donald Trump in 2024.

“Why would I not run against Donald Trump for the nominee? That’ll increase the prospect of running,” Biden responded.

Health Questions Abound

Much speculation has swirled regarding Biden’s physical and cognitive capacity while in office.

“Let’s face it: we’ve got a lot of people in leadership positions that are old. And that’s not being disrespectful. That’s a fact,” Nikki Haley said.

Former White House doctor and current Texas Republican Rep. Ronny Johnson says he thinks that Biden is going to be forced to resign or will be forced out with the 25th Amendment.

The speculation about Biden running 2024 will continue to heat up as the nation considers the 2022 midterm in the coming year.
