Biden reportedly growing frustrated over staff’s repeated corrections of his statements

President Joe Biden is reportedly upset by his own staffers regularly correcting and clarifying his statements, reminding them he is the president of the country.

The report from NBC News noted Biden doesn’t like the “clean up” work his advisers have done after his off-script remarks.

Furious Biden?

“Biden was furious that his remarks were being seen as unreliable, arguing that he speaks genuinely and reminding his staff that he’s the one who is president,” the report stated.

But the gaffes are big enough to require an intervention to potentially keep the country from joining a new war. For example, Biden claimed Putin “cannot remain in power” while in Poland.

Low approval ratings

The ongoing gaffes are part of the reason Biden has an even lower approval rating than former President Donald Trump, according to Breitbart News.

“White House staffers repeatedly work behind the scenes to clarify Biden’s comments,” the outlet reported.

“During his trip to Asia last week, White House aides scrambled to clean up his comments about the United States defending Taiwan — a subject they had to address repeatedly from the White House,” it added.

The comments also come as Democrats are increasingly concerned with the outcomes of November’s midterm election. Current polls and primaries point to a likely red wave of victories.

The change could damage the Biden agenda, blocking his key legislative actions from moving forward in the House and Senate.

The concerns could also remove House Sp[eaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) from her leadership role, and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) from his, taking serious power away from the left.
