Biden ridiculed after reading teleprompter instructions aloud during national speech

Politics aside, President Joe Biden isn’t the same man he was even as recently as his 2020 election campaign.

The president is aging, rapidly, and unfortunately for America, it has affected the entirety of his presidency. But as of late, it’s clearly becoming much worse, as the 79-year-old president made a major teleprompter flub on Friday as he delivered a short speech on executive actions he’ll take to protect abortion rights.

Though he’s made similar errors in the past, the president’s cognitive ability has dulled to the point where he’s unable to process simple directions, such as when the teleprompter reads, “End of quote. Repeat the line.”

Instead of repeating the line, as instructed, the president read the directions that were meant for him, sparking a massive reaction across social media.

This is bad

“It is noteworthy that the percentage of women who registered to vote and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of the men who do so. End of quote,” Biden read aloud with confidence. “Repeat the line,” he added.

The directions were clearly in reference to the quote he had just read, and those instructions were not for him to read aloud.

The president continued by reading the quote again, as instructed, proceeding as if nothing happened — as if he hadn’t even noticed the humiliating error he’d just made on national television.

Brutally mocked

The moment was seized upon by many high-profile names on the right, with a number of congresspeople sounding the alarm, once again, that Biden’s diminished cognitive capacity is nothing short of a national security risk.

“Biden is so far gone that he will literally read anything put on the teleprompter in front of him,” journalist Tim Pool wrote.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that many were calling for Biden to be removed via the 25th Amendment, as it’s downright scary to think he’s in charge of the fate of the nation should something drastic happen on the world stage.
