Biden tells 82nd Airborne troops they’ll soon be in the streets of Ukraine

President Joe Biden and his administration have relentlessly insisted for the past month or so that there does not exist a scenario in which U.S. troops are deployed to the streets of Ukraine to help fend off the Russian invaders.

However, as Breitbart reported, during his disastrous trip to Europe this week, the president made a serious gaffe while speaking with troops from the storied 82nd Airborne Division who are stationed in Poland, seemingly suggesting that they will soon be deployed to Ukraine.

As the president rambled on in a low, almost incoherent tone as he delivered the most uninspiring, embarrassing speech ever, he seemingly told the troops in attendance what they’ll see in Ukraine “when you’re there.”

Whether it was a slip-up or yet another humiliating gaffe, it immediately made headlines, with many concerned that Russia might take him for his word.

“When you’re there”

“You’re going to see, when you’re there, and some of you have been there, you’re going to see women, young people, standing in front of a damn tank just saying, ‘I’m not leaving, I’m holding my ground,'” the president told the troops, who seemed confused as he essentially warned them that they would soon be deployed to Ukraine.

While the White House was forced to conduct immediate damage control to cover for the president’s statement, critics insisted that while Biden might get passes on making gaffes on other subjects, there’s no room for error when addressing troops so close to a war zone at a period of time when World War III is actually possible.

Or, equally scary, if it wasn’t a gaffe, it means that the president could have sparked the proverbial powder keg in announcing to Russia that the U.S. will soon be involved in fighting Russian troops on the ground in Ukraine.

“What you’re engaged in is much more than just whether or not you can alleviate the pain and suffering of the people of Ukraine. We’re in a new phase, your generation, we’re in an inflection point,” the president continued on, not seeming to realize what he had just said.

Other hints

Given what else the president told the troops during the rambling speech, many believe that he did, in fact, telegraph eventual U.S. troop involvement in Ukraine, as he continued to emphasize that what they are doing is “consequential” for the future of democracy.

“It’s not only what you’re doing to help the Ukrainian people. It’s not only what you’re doing to help Europe begin to regain its confidence.”

As bad as it would be for that to become a reality, it truly wouldn’t be surprising to see Biden lead America into a massive war situation, as it would certainly distract from his mounting list of failures at home, along with his brutally low polling numbers. What a scary thought.
