Biden will be out of the country when Title 42 border policy expires

Even as his poll numbers slide into oblivion, President Joe Biden continues to send the message that he just doesn’t care about Americans and their welfare.

Fox News reports that Biden won’t be in the United States when the Title 42 border policy ends on Monday. Apparently, Biden doesn’t want to be around to see the devastating consequences of his decision for the homeland.

Biden’s Asia trip

The globalist, senile puppet will be in Asia for a foreign trip on Monday, May 23, when the policy is scheduled to expire.

The move is in keeping with Biden’s stubborn refusal to acknowledge that an invasion is underway at the southern border. Biden has not only ignored the crisis there but has done seemingly everything in his power to make it worse.

Title 42 was virtually the only border control policy left when Biden, who started opening the border on his first day in office, announced he was scrapping it in April.

The administration’s decision threatens to create an unprecedented emergency, with officials expecting as many as 18,000 migrants to begin storming the border per day.

The situation is already unsustainable: illegal immigration hovered at a 22-year high in April, when more than 200,000 migrants were apprehended. Since the new fiscal year began in October, Border Patrol has already encountered over 1 million illegal immigrants.

America Last

Title 42 has been used to rapidly expel some 1.7 million migrants since Trump enacted it at the start of the COVID pandemic in March 2020.

Biden, who has tried to take credit for bringing the country back to normal, has argued Title 42 is no longer necessary from a public health standpoint and that it cannot be justified as an immigration policy. That hasn’t stopped Biden from forcing Americans to take vaccines, of course.

A federal judge in Louisiana who blocked Biden’s move to end Title 42 in April will issue a ruling this week after hearing arguments on a lawsuit from two dozen Republican states who are challenging Biden’s decision.

Border patrol union president Brandon Judd told Fox News’ America Reports that Biden’s planned absence is another attempt to distract Americans from a domestic crisis of his own making.

“He constantly tries to deflect on what’s going on at the border, and that’s extremely disappointing because if he does not face-up and look at what the reality is, we’re just going to continue in this situation,” Judd said.
