Those who remain trapped in Afghanistan amid the botched withdrawal of U.S. troops are not happy with President Joe Biden — and they’re not afraid to voice their grievances.
New video shared by the Post Millennial purports to show a man in Afghanistan railing against President Biden, who the man blamed for the increasingly chaotic situation in Kabul, where members of Taliban have taken control from the Afghan government.
“You did this”
The man in the video has not been identified, but reports seemed to suggest he had a connection to two children who were allegedly left behind in Afghanistan after being separated from their parents, who were trying to evacuate.
The unnamed man clearly takes aim at Biden, saying, “You did this. You planned this. You made the deal with the Taliban. This is the consequences of it,” as the Post Millennial reported.

An attack on the airport
This all comes as Los Angeles Times reports that evacuations from Afghanistan have resumed following an attack on the Kabul airport Thursday that left over 100 dead, including 13 members of the U.S. military.
According to the Times, the attack has been “blamed on Afghanistan’s offshoot of the Islamic State group, a lethal enemy of both the Taliban and the West.”
Despite the ongoing violence there, President Biden has set a deadline of Aug. 31 to complete the full withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan, and he has continued to claim that he’ll meet that goal, CNBC reports, even threatening the Taliban with repercussions for impeding the effort.
The withdrawal effort continues
Biden has said remaining in the war-torn nation would result in poor outcomes for both troops and civilians.
“Every day we’re on the ground is another day we know that ISIS-K [a branch of the Islamic State] is seeking to target the airport and attack both U.S. and allied forces and innocent civilians,” he claimed, according to CNBC.
Meanwhile, the crowd of people gathered outside the embattled airport hoping to be evacuated as the Taliban tightens its grip on Kabul seems as big as ever.
