Carlson: Adam Schiff is a ‘sociopath,’ should resign from Congress

The Russia collusion investigation is unravelling even further before our very eyes right now, and it’s making Democrats look very bad.

Fox News star Tucker Carlson, while commenting on the Russia collusion hoax on Friday, called upon Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) — one of the loudest proponents of the investigation — to resign

Carlson rips Schiff

Carlson did not hold back in his segment about Schiff’s role in promoting the Russia collusion conspiracy theory.

“Schiff knew there was nothing substantial at the core of the Russian collusion story,” Carlson said. “At the very center, it was hollow, it was a sham. Schiff never even suggested this in public, instead, he did the opposite. He spent years on television telling you: ‘It was totally real, shut up.'”

The catch is that Adam Schiff, who is the chair of the House Intelligence Committee, knew that there was only “circumstantial” evidence that the Russians were involved in the 2016 hacking of the Democratic National Committee email server at all — one of the core accusations that the Mueller investigation was predicated upon.

Carlson pointed out that the one person that knew “for sure” admitted the very same to Schiff’s face, but Schiff went ahead with proclaiming that Russia and the Trump campaign was behind it to the whole world for several years.

The servers were inspected by a private corporation, Crowdstrike, after DNC emails were leaked in 2016. Schiff personally interviewed the CEO of Crowdstrike, Shawn Henry, and when Henry was asked if he knew when the Russians hacked the server, he replied: “As it relates to the DNC, we have indicators that data was infiltrated. We did not have concrete evidence.”

Carlson then played a series of clips showing Schiff repeatedly confirming that there is “evidence” of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government in a series of televised interviews over several years.

Carlson concluded, “Adam Schiff is a sociopath. He will do or say anything to achieve power. He is unfit to hold office. He should resign.”

Washington exposed

Schiff finally released 57 transcripts of testimony delivered to the intelligence committee behind closed doors during the lengthy Russia collusion investigation, shedding new light on the Democrat campaign to undermine the legitimacy of Trump’s election.

The never-before-seen transcripts had been held up in classification review for over a year, but a recently released letter shows that acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell pressured Schiff into finally releasing the documents.

Though Grenell did not outright threaten Schiff with green-lighting the release if he stalled any further, Grenell did write that “I am also willing to release the transcripts directly from the ODNI to ensure we comply with unanimous and bipartisan vote to release the transcripts.”
