CNN primetime host Chris Cuomo tweeted a bizarre muscle flex photo to one of his critics on Monday that resulted in an epic backfiring, as thousands of Twitter users relentlessly — and hilariously in many instances — roasted the anchor for his odd and unsettling behavior.
According to Fox News, Cuomo posted an image of his flexed bicep on his Twitter account in response to one of his critics who made a derogatory sexual comment about Cuomo’s incessant bragging, captioning the photo with, “That how this happened?! Hahahaha. Come on, baby, dont hate – facilitate. You can do better than this petty bs.”

Twitter flexes back
Twitter users responded as expected, including a number of media pundits who seemed to have fun with their takes on Cuomo’s bicep-flex selfie.
One user noted the irony of a CNN host posting a bicep picture during the middle of a tragedy involving the collapse of a 12-story building in Surfside, Florida that has, so far, resulted in at least 11 deaths and over 100 people still unaccounted for.
Chris, you’re posting this in the midst of reporting on the tragedy in Surfside, FL? Could you please focus on the meaning of the situation?

Another post highlighted the ongoing concerns of Cuomo helping his brother, New York Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), who has faced multiple scandals over the course of 2021 relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and sexual misconduct allegations.
Hey man..he needs all that muscle to keep lifting his brother out of the gutter

It’s not Cuomo’s first rodeo
“One of the few good things Twitter has done for society is showing people who the ‘journalists’ delivering their news really are,” wrote Fox News contributor Dan Bongino, who has been one of Cuomo’s fiercest critics in the mainstream media.
The internet roasting comes in the wake of a recent episode in which Cuomo seemed to open the proverbial gates for intense criticism after he dared one of his online critics to name facts that he has denied on his show. According to Fox News, a long list of respondents pointed out several examples.
-DeSantis did a better job than Andrew
-You push Rebekah Jones’ lies
-Telling your brother to claim he was a target of cancel culture
-You claim the GOP wants Jim Crow
-You didn’t know 1A protects peaceful protests
-You claimed “Fredo” was an ethnic slur

It’s clear that the CNN’s anchor’s latest weird response did not go as intended, as Cuomo’s attempt to respond to critics instead fed their appetite to attack him with even more zeal over his continually odd behavior.
