Democrats quickly losing ground to Republicans with Hispanic voters

The end of Hispanic Heritage Month happened on October 15, and President Joe Biden’s administration did nothing to build relationships with the Hispanic community over the course of the month-long celebration, which centers around Christopher Columbus Day.

In fact, it likely only worsened the already-shrinking poll numbers regarding Hispanics who still support Democrats. According to Breitbart, the Democrats’ various egregious gaffes involving Latino and Hispanic references were nothing less than a bullet in the Dems’ proverbial feet.

Gaffes, some of which would have been labeled as “racist” if a Republican made them, were plentiful over the past month on the Dem side of the aisle.

Many pundits believe that Hispanic voters have significantly shifted to either the center or even entirely to the right.

The gaffes

Where do we start? House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s most recent racist remark probably earns a top spot.

Just recently, the speaker told an audience that she believes illegal migrants should remain in the south so that there is enough manual labor to pick the crops.

“We have a shortage of workers in our country and you see even in Florida some of the farmers and the growers saying, ‘Why are you shipping these immigrants up north?’” she said.

Pelosi added: “‘We need them to pick the crops down here.’”

Biden, too

While there are too many to list, such as first lady Jill Biden’s “breakfast taco” comparison, President Joe Biden most unveiled to the world recently a never-before-heard tale of his upbringing, which he believes makes him a Puerto Rican.

“I was sort of raised in the Puerto Rican community at home politically,” Biden told actual Puerto Ricans when he visited the island several weeks after Hurricane Fiona ravaged it.

Breitbart noted:

The president was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and later moved to Delaware, a state he represented in the Senate for decades. Despite being in public life for nearly half a century, his remarks this month were the first time he mentioned his alleged Puerto Rican heritage.

This is one of the many reasons why most of us can’t wait for the 2022 midterms election night, as we’ll be able to see firsthand just how badly the Democratic Party has fallen on its face since Biden took office.
