Although it has been nearly three years since finance mogul and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein mysteriously died in federal custody while awaiting trial on human trafficking charges, the names of his wealthy clients have yet to be revealed.
In a series of tweets published last week, Tesla billionaire CEO Elon Musk demanded to know why.
“Only thing more remarkable than DOJ not leaking the list is that no one in the media cares,” Fox Business quoted Musk as saying. “Doesn’t that seem odd?” he continued.
Musk jokes about being killed
Along with his remarks, Musk included a meme bearing the caption, “Things I will never see in my life.” Below it were pictures of a dinosaur, a dragon, a unicorn, and a black space which read, “The Epstein/Maxwell client list.”

In an apparent joke, Musk later went on to add, “Sometimes I think my list of enemies is too short, so.” The billionaire made a similar comment a month ago when he tweeted, “If I die under mysterious circumstances, it’s been nice knowin ya.”
Fox News reported that Epstein’s close associate Ghislaine Maxell was found guilty late last year of helping him to abuse underage girls.
U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams prosecuted Maxwell’s case, and he welcomed her conviction.
“A unanimous jury has found Ghislaine Maxwell guilty of one of the worst crimes imaginable – facilitating and participating in the sexual abuse of children,” Fox News quoted Williams as saying.
Curious flight logs
“Crimes that she committed with her long-time partner and co-conspirator, Jeffrey Epstein,” he continued, adding, “The road to justice has been far too long. But, today, justice has been done.”
Although the identity of Epstein’s clients remains a mystery, he was tied to a number of powerful figures, including former President Bill Clinton.
Fox News reported in 2016 that Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) flight logs show Clinton took multiple flights aboard Epstein’s private plane nicknamed the “Lolita Express.” What’s more, he apparently ditched his Secret Service detail on at least five trips.
