Fauci on whether unvaccinated Americans should be banned from flying: ‘Everything is on the table’

As rumors gathered Sunday of a crippling workers’ strike against vaccine mandates at Southwest Airlines, Anthony Fauci doubled down on his totalitarian vision for America.

With countless Americans already facing unemployment and exclusion from many public spaces for refusing to get vaccinated for COVID-19, Dr. Fauci suggested they should be banned from flying on airplanes as well. In his typically matter-of-fact tone of finality, Fauci said the policy will not arise “immediately,” but warned that “everything is on the table” to ensure absolute conformity with President Joe Biden’s vaccination policy, The Daily Wire reported.

Fauci’s latest threat

It’s a draconian concept that would have been unthinkable only two years ago, when Fauci was a relatively obscure figure to many Americans. But an awful lot has changed since March 2020 when Fauci started issuing arbitrary edicts on how Americans should live.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) chief was asked by CNN’s Dana Bash whether he likes the idea of capriciously stopping unvaccinated Americans from seeing loved ones this Christmas by placing them on a no-fly list.

Fauci, who has never seen an authoritarian “public health” restriction he didn’t like, nodded in agreement. While he said he is reluctant to “weigh in” because people will take him “out of context,” it wasn’t hard to tell where he stood on the cruel, sadistic proposal. “We have everything on the table, and it will be discussed by the medical group,” he said, according to The Daily Wire.

Americans embrace authoritarianism?

Americans never voted to live in the dystopia of Fauci’s dreams, in which creepy scientists like him are in charge and can revoke basic rights reimagined as “privileges” on a whim, but unfortunately, many Americans seem to be embracing it, whether out of fear, partisan malice, or some combination of both.

A recent Gallup poll found that 92% of Democrats support vaccine mandates for air travel — hardly shocking given the left’s authoritarian turn — and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has introduced legislation to make it a reality, as The Daily Wire notes.

The hour is very late for freedom in America, to say the least, but not all hope is lost as rumors circulate of a massive workers’ strike at Southwest Airlines that was linked to more than 1,000 flights being canceled this weekend.

Not all hope is lost

The cancellations came after Southwest pilots asked a court to block the airline’s vaccine mandate, Axios reported.

Although Southwest blamed weather and air traffic control issues, other airlines did not face similar disruptions, leaving many to accuse the mainstream media of a “blackout” of a large and seemingly effective protest against vaccine mandates.

The alleged disruptions caught the attention of GOP Sen. Ted Cruz (TX), who called them the result of President Biden’s “illegal vaccine mandate at work,” according to Fox Business. One can only hope that more Republican leaders start speaking out. If Fauci gets his way, America will never be the same.
