FBI halts China from building special ‘garden’ in middle of Washington DC

Over the past year or so, conveniently since President Joe Biden has been in office, there have been an increased number of reports of China buying up land and businesses across the American countryside.

While it’s insane that such practices are not being stopped in their tracks by the U.S. government, the FBI almost let the Chinese government build what would have essentially been a cutting-edge spy tower in the middle of Washington D.C.

The Chinese operatives behind the project wanted to construct an “ornate Chinese garden” at the National Arboretum in Washington, D.C., The Blaze reported.

Only after a reported “deep dive” into the plans to build the garden did U.S. federal law enforcement officials within the FBI raise “numerous red flags.”

A sketchy offer

The outlet described the plans for the ornate garden, which would have essentially constructed the perfect “spy tower” smack dab in the middle of America’s capital city.

The Blaze noted:

The park’s pagoda would have been strategically placed in the perfect spot for gathering sensitive military and government intelligence.

It was also noted that supplies for the garden would have apparently been shipped to the U.S. in diplomatic pouches, which means U.S. officials would not have been able to see what’s inside.

Glenn Beck responds

Beck was especially skeptical of the Chinese officials’ plans to build and pay for such a unique structure.

“The Chinese are purchasing land all over the country … the FBI uncovered Chinese-made Huawei equipment atop cell towers near a U.S. military base in the rural Midwest,” Beck noted.

He added: “They said that’s kind of a problem when they checked with strategic command, because, apparently, it could just block our nuclear communication. And that might also be, maybe, also a problem.”

Thankfully, although it took too long, the FBI stopped the communist project in its tracks. However, there’s no telling what they’ve already built on U.S. soil, or what they’re using all that land for.
