Fox News reported last week that President Joe Biden had a cancerous lesion removed from his chest. However, former White House physician Ronny Jackson says Biden is the one who needs to go. 

According to Breitbart, Jackson made that statement during an interview this past Sunday with Fox News Maria Bartiromo.

"Well, look, Maria, I will start by saying that Biden is the cancer. He’s what needs to be removed, not the — not the lesion they found," said Jackson, who is now a Republican representative from Texas.

"But this is just another effort from his physician and from his medical team to distract. They’re going to talk about this," Jackson continued.

"Useless information"

"They gave us a bunch of useless information about his cholesterol and the stuff that no one cares about," the former White House physician went on to insist.

"All we care about in this country with regards to President Biden, 80 years old, who’s got some obvious cognitive issues, is a cognitive assessment of some sort."

"We want something on the record to prove to us that he’s cognitively capable of doing this job," the Texas congressman concluded.

This is far from being the first time that Jackson has accused the president of being mentally incompetent to hold office.

Jackson made similar remarks in February after current White House physician Kevin O'Connor described the president as being "healthy" and "vigorous" following a physical.

"Total decline"

"The majority of Americans can see that Biden's mental health is in total decline, yet there is no transparency from the White House on what’s going on, if anything, to address this issue and his inability to do his job," Jackson told Fox News.

"Yesterday's written physical exam report released by Biden’s physician, Kevin O'Connor, further confirms that this administration is still adamant about concealing the truth," he asserted.

"Nowhere in the report was there mention of Biden’s deteriorating mental health," the Republican lawmaker pointed out.

"This is alarming, considering I have already sent three letters to the White House demanding that Biden receive a cognitive test and that the results be made public, all of which have been ignored. Everyone can see something is wrong — the cover-up needs to end," Jackson insisted.
