"So, the Witch Hunt continues! 19 people Indicated tonight, including the former President of the United States, me, by an out of control and very corrupt District Attorney who campaigned and raised money on, 'I will get Trump,'" Trump responded.
"And what about those Indictment Documents put out today, long before the Grand Jury even voted, and then quickly withdrawn? Sounds Rigged to me! Why didn’t they Indict 2.5 years ago? Because they wanted to do it right in the middle of my political campaign. Witch Hunt!" he added.

"Republican leaders were quick to come to the defense of Donald Trump shortly after a new indictment was filed against the former president in Fulton County, Georgia, related to his alleged efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election in the Peach state," the Washington Examiner reported.
"A grand jury in Georgia voted to indict Trump late Monday evening on a slew of racketeering charges related to the 2020 election, including a number of RICO violations, conspiracy to commit forgery, filing false statements and writings, filing false documents, solicitation of violation of oath by public officers, and more," it added.
The charges are in addition to legal battles Trump faces over charges in Washington related to the events of Jan. 6, 2021.
Trump also faces an upcoming court date over classified documents found in his Mar-a-Lago home last year.
The latest charges, however, include more than a dozen Trump associates that will be certain to upset many conservatives.
