A Harvard law professor claimed on Thursday that former President Donald Trump could face espionage charges over discussing reports that the Department of Justice is investigating his handling of classified material.
Laurence Tribe shared the concern during an interview on MSNBC’s “Deadline” on Thursday.

An important development
“There is both a national security angle and a potentially criminal angle and the most encouraging thing to me because I’m worried about accountability so that we don’t have a repeat of all of these things in 2024 of the attempted coup and insurrection,” Tribe said about Trump.

“What is most important to me is that no one should be above the law, and the attorney general and his top deputy and associate attorneys general, people like Lisa Monaco, should be taken at their word when they say they’re going to follow the evidence wherever it leads right into the Oval Office, right into the former guy, so stay tuned. I think this is an important development,” he added.
Others see more concern over problems in the Biden administration than with Trump.
In contrast, concerns about Hunter Biden’s business dealings with China and other nations that included his father during his years as vice president continue to be avoided.
😂what’s the problem? he wouldn’t spy for your #ChiComm masters like this administration?

Even after more than 50, FBI experts called Hunter Biden’s laptop Russian disinformation, multiple outlets, both conservative and liberal, have now confirmed the information is accurate.
The investigations regarding our nation’s leaders appear to increasingly only target those the left chooses, avoiding President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, and the Clintons.
The new claim may give the left new hope, but the allegations are unlikely to lead to new charges against Trump in the days ahead.
