‘She won’t stop’: Hillary Clinton fuels speculation about possible 2024 White House bid

Democrats appear to be steadily losing faith in President Joe Biden, which could lead to an interesting presidential primary ahead of the 2024 election.

According to one Fox News contributor, failed 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton might be gearing up for yet another White House bid.

“She wants to vindicate herself”

“She won’t stop,” Miranda Divine declared, according to Fox. “She will do it until her last breath. She wants to vindicate herself.”

Years after Clinton’s crushing loss to then-GOP nominee Donald Trump, she has re-emerged with a new message of “resilience,” which some critics have described as ironic given her consistent gripes surrounding her 2016 defeat.

For her part, Devine wondered if the former secretary of state was “begging” her own party to give her another look as an aging and increasingly unpopular Biden potentially becomes unelectable by 2024.

“That was her begging the American people and begging the Democratic Party to look at her as the alternative to Joe Biden, because after all, she is younger than him,” she said of Clinton’s latest foray into public life.

Of course, the former first lady did not run for president in last year’s election despite similar speculation. Given the speculation surrounding Biden’s performance and cognitive abilities, however, the party’s next presidential nomination might be up for grabs.

“So obviously having her hand up”

Making matters worse for the Biden administration, Vice President Kamala Harris, who is seen as the favorite to run if the president bows out, is even more unpopular than her boss.

Devine asserted that the entire situation — including Clinton’s recent resurfacing — speaks to the Democratic Party’s desperation.

If it were not for the current “state” of the party, she asserted that Clinton “isn’t just being laughed out of school for popping her head up above the parapet, from so desperately and so obviously having her hand up and saying, ‘Pick me, take me!'”

In addition to her public comments on resilience, Clinton has also shown up on cable news networks to warn of the threat to democracy that another Trump term would ostensibly represent.

Trump has even weighed in on the theoretical rematch with his 2016 rival. Although he indicated he would look forward to such a campaign, he advised: “The woman is as crooked as can be. She cheated in the election, they spied on me.”
