Horowitz accuses Biden of treason in blistering op-ed

March 8, 2023

Conservative leader David Horowitz accused President Joe Biden of treason in a column of his FrontPageMag.com website.

Horowitz, a bestselling author, blamed Biden for allowing fentanyl to pour across the southern border, along with failures over the pandemic, China and America's military withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The comments

“The list of such cover-ups to protect the Chinese Communist dictatorship is long and depressing,” Horowitz wrote in the op-ed.

“It includes the White House’s stone-walling of congressional efforts to investigate the origins of the pandemic that killed 9 million people globally. It includes similar stone-walling on otherwise inexplicable blunders that turned Afghanistan and its hapless citizens over to the Taliban and China, along with seven multi-billion-dollar air bases and tens of thousands of advanced weapons, and that made hostages of those who helped us during the 20-year war," it added.

Biden's riches

Horowitz also attacked Biden and his family for growing wealth through foreign powers.

“Joe Biden and his family have made themselves wealthy beyond their dreams by taking millions of dollars in bribes from foreign powers, chief among them our mortal enemy Communist China,” Horowitz wrote.

“We don’t know exactly what American interests the president has betrayed to earn his ill-gotten wealth, but it doesn’t take rocket science to know that ‘betrayal’ is the appropriate verb to describe what he has done," he added.

Trying to "run out the clock"

The accusations also come as House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) expressed his concerns over being blocked from investigating Hunter Biden.

“That’s their whole strategy: run out the clock, run out the clock," Comer said recently in his efforts to pursue answers in the investigation.

“You know, they want the subpoena. It goes to court. … They’re just sitting on the ball. They want the clock to expire,” referring to the next election.

The growing evidence from whistleblowers in the FBI and other sources appears to strengthen the case against Hunter Biden and his family over questionable business deals with controversial nations such as China and Ukraine. The American people deserve to know the facts without the Oversight Committee being blocked from its efforts.
