In a Tuesday Fox News interview, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said that he believes terrorists will “soon infiltrate” the United States at its southern border if President Joe Biden doesn’t quickly reverse some of his lax immigration policies.
“The chaos in the Middle East is going to come to us here at home through the border if we don’t change something,” Graham said on Fox & Friends. “How easy would it be for some terrorist group to hire a cartel and take them into the United States through the southern border?”
Graham worries that the U.S. failure in Afghanistan would combine with the lax controls at the southern U.S. border to create a situation where terrorists from Afghanistan might attempt to make their way to the U.S. border.
“Nothing changes until you change our asylum law but I’m really worried about the narrative out there that America was defeated in Afghanistan and every jihadist is going to Afghanistan—and there will soon be an effort to infiltrate this country through the southern border if we don’t do something about it,” the Republican senator continued.
Failure upon failure
Biden’s failures on multiple fronts have led to what could be a perfect storm for the U.S., and it’s hard to tell whether it is sheer incompetence or part of an effort to bring the U.S. down to a low enough position that it will willingly fold into a more global system, as some believe.
Much has been made in conservative circles, including from mainstream media personalities like Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, of the possibility of a “Great Reset,” a plan by the World Economic Forum that is on its website for all to see, even though the left-leaning mainstream media continues to ignore it or write it off a right-wing conspiracy theory.
The WEF aims to “reshape the recovery” from COVID-19 into a more socialist and less capitalistic world economy, one where the world government has all the power and the people have none.
America is the biggest impediment to this plan, and the far left has been complicit in helping world forces to do everything they can to bring our nation to its knees — at least that’s what appears to be happening.
Far from an unfortunate series of mistakes, failure actually works for the left’s agenda, which dovetails with the “Great Reset’s” stated intent to “revamp all aspects of our societies and economies.”
Open borders are dangerous
The 9/11 attacks caused a world economic downturn for several years after 2001, and more terror attacks on U.S. soil or other interests could place additional strain on a global economy that has already begun to show cracks.
With a debt cliff looming and huge new social programs a few votes away from passage, it’s not a stretch for many to envision a scenario in which the U.S. determines that it can’t hold its longstanding spot as the world’s number one superpower.
Republicans like Graham may be America’s last hope to avoid being swallowed by a global government that will be catastrophic for the entire world, and destroy the idea of capitalism perhaps forever.
