Report: Jill Biden visits school run by Democrat donor who produced videos about evading immigration officials

President Joe Biden has faced criticism for months over his failure to address the surge in illegal immigration along America’s southern border. Recent comments by the first lady aren’t likely to help.

Fox News reports that Dr. Jill Biden paid a visit to El Centro Academy in Kansas City, Kansas last Tuesday, where she met with members of the Latino community.

As Fox noted, El Centro is a private school whose president and CEO is Irene Caudillo. Caudillo has been revealed by the Washington Free Beacon to be a Democratic donor.

“Ignore ICE agents”

The Free Beacon reported in a piece last week that Caudillo has contributed to both the president’s campaign and the campaign of Kansas Rep. Sharice Davids.

The Free Beacon also pointed out that El Centro “has published a series of videos that instruct illegal immigrants on how to avoid arrest from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

The report adds, “One video, for example, advises viewers to ignore ICE agents altogether during an interaction and contact ‘a member of the community who does have status.'” Its description explains:

In this video we detail the steps you can take if you have an ICE agent meeting. We want to make sure our families are informed of their rights and stay protected and safe.

What’s more, Fox News reports that El Centro is a recipient of funding from UnidosUS, a left-wing immigration group that advocates for the use of critical race theory in schools.

Migration up sharply

Fox went on to say that Caudillo serves as a board member with Revolucion Educativa, a group linked to the pro-critical race theory Latinx Education Collaborative.

These revelations come even as the Biden administration has experienced a string of embarrassing incidents in the realm of border security.

Late last month, Americans were shocked to see footage showing thousands of migrants from Haiti crowding under a bridge near Del Rio, Texas.

Also in September, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that its agents had encountered the month prior a whopping 208,887 border crossers, representing an over 300% increase over August of 2020, according to reports.
