Joe Biden’s ‘confession’ analysis retweeted by President Trump

In Joe Biden’s disaster of an interview with Mika Brzezinski on MSNBC this week, one particular response of Biden’s is still reverberating among opponents — not the least of whom is the president of the United States.

The Washington Examiner reports:

President Trump retweeted a Fox News article about The Five co-host Greg Gutfeld saying Biden confessed to sexual assault.

On Saturday, Trump shared a post from comic strip creator Scott Adams that reads, “Greg Gutfeld on Biden response to Tara Reade claims: He ‘was doing great in that interview until he confessed,'” with an article linking to Gutfeld’s comments.

Trump’s retweet referenced “The Five” host Greg Gutfeld’s analysis of the Biden interview.

“Look, Biden was doing great in that interview until he confessed,” Gutfeld said. “First he had the total denial. I think that was pretty good. The denial was pretty strong. And then he says as a complaint. ‘You know, I don’t know why all of a sudden 27 years ‘this’ gets raised.’

Gutfeld asked the question we all were thinking: “What is ‘this?’ What is ‘this’? That’s interesting.”

If nothing ever happened, why is Biden referring to something that happened?

Perhaps it was a slip of the tongue or inartful phrasing. Biden isn’t exactly articulate.

But he certainly shouldn’t get a pass for his response. What happened to “believe” all women?
