Judicial Watch reveals bombshell reports of multiple sexual assaults against unaccompanied minors

Just when you thought President Joe Biden’s immigration crisis couldn’t possibly get any worse, according to a bombshell new report, it just did.

Judicial Watch, a conservative, government watchdog group, reported this week that it received a trove of 41 pages of documents from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) that paint a grim picture of alleged sexual abuse of dozens of unaccompanied minors at the border.

The documents were released thanks to legal efforts by the group after filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against HHS.

What do they say?

Within the trove of documents are spreadsheets that list a staggering 33 “sexual abuse allegations” against unaccompanied children, or UACs.

Even worse, that was during a time frame of barely over a month, beginning on Jan. 21 of this year and ending on Feb. 26. The spreadsheet of incident reports are all seemingly tied to “voluntary agencies” (VOLAGs), or agencies that assist the U.S. government in processing, housing, and taking care of UACs.

Specifically, the report outlines some 10 incidents involving unnamed staffers working for the various agencies listed, while a bulk of the reports are incidents involving detained migrant children sexually assaulting other detained minors.

As Judicial Watch noted, details of the incidents, including victims’ names and alleged attackers’ names were not made available in the reports.

“These documents show that not only are there shocking reports of sexual abuse occurring in shelters for unaccompanied children, but that there is violence amongst the UACs themselves,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.

Sadly, not surprising

The horrific revelations come just a few months after Fox News reported that Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) had ordered the White House to close a San Antonio-based migrant holding facility over multiple allegations of sexual assault taking place.

“These problems are a byproduct of President Biden’s open border policies and the lack of planning for the fallout for those disastrous policies,” Abbott told reporters at the time.

Abbott added: “In short, this facility is a health and safety nightmare. The Biden administration is now presiding over the abuse of children.”

Between allegations of sexual assault against children, a rapidly developing horrific situation involving Haitian encampments at the border, and the overall gross mishandling of the illegal immigration issue in general, it’s no wonder Biden continues to tank in the polls. He’s clearly unable to handle the duties of the presidency.
