Tom Fitton claims to have found fresh evidence of voter fraud in Nevada, a critical battleground state in the 2020 election.
The Judicial Watch president and founder announced in a tweet Saturday that an analysis by his conservative watchdog group showed there are more voters registered in Clark County than there are residents eligible to vote.
Fitton points to possible fraud
Fitton has long echoed President Donald Trump’s warnings that Democrats would manipulate mail-in ballots this year to defraud the election, and he has continued to advocate for transparency as the president goes to war with Democrats over fraud claims.
The Judicial Watch founder shared his latest findings in efforts to “clean up” voter rolls in his tweet this weekend: Clark County has a voter registration rate surpassing 100%, he said, with 154,000 inactive names.
NEW: @JudicialWatch analysis shows Clark County, NV has a 102.7% voter registration rate – more voters registered there than eligible to vote! About 154,000 inactive names on the rolls before the election…. https://t.co/BxZjNVTCEZ

This comes after Fitton conducted an analysis in September that found over 300 counties across America had a total of 1.8 million more registered voters than there are people eligible to vote.
“The new study of excess — or ghost voters — highlights the recklessness of mailing blindly ballots and ballot applications to voter registration lists,” Fitton said at the time, according to The Washington Times. “Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections.”
Alleged irregularities in Nevada, elsewhere
Clark County, for its part, has become a battleground of its own in the controversy over election fraud as the Trump campaign continues to allege a variety of irregularities across the country.
In Nevada, Trump and his Republican allies have claimed that non-Nevadans, dead people, and teenagers may have voted in the state, and they recently produced sworn affidavits from poll workers testifying to fraud.
According to Fox News, one person alleges that they saw people filling out mail-in ballots nearby a Biden–Harris van.
“A sworn declaration from an eyewitness is the literal definition of evidence,” a lawyer for the Trump campaign said of the development, according to Fox. “Those on the left and in other quarters that have been screaming that there’s no evidence will need new talkers and most importantly, will have to now focus on the legitimate issues that have been raised. ”
Media outlets have declared Joe Biden the winner of the election, but citing issues like these, President Trump has refused to concede the race.
