Elon Musk insults Biden on Twitter following exclusion of Tesla from electric vehicle talks

President Joe Biden has had a dismal first year in office marked by a largely failed agenda as well as blatant dishonesty and divisiveness toward the American people.

That resulted in Biden being called out and ridiculed savagely by the richest man in the world, billionaire tech innovator Elon Musk, who called the president a “damp sock puppet” and accused him of acting as though the American people were all “fools,” The Post Millennial reported.

Musk calls out Biden

The insults came on Twitter in response to other users remarking upon a video Biden posted with top General Motors executive Mary Barra in which they discussed American-made electric vehicles that conveniently excluded Musk’s Tesla company, a leader in that field.

The video featuring Biden and Barra was likely made and posted following a roundtable discussion Biden held Thursday with various CEOs to talk about the president’s Build Back Better legislative agenda that remains stalled in the Senate.

In his initial response to Biden’s tweet, Musk literally spelled out what Biden had overlooked or, perhaps, deliberately excluded from the conversation about U.S.-manufactured electric vehicles, and wrote, “Starts with a T Ends with an A ESL in the middle.”

“Damp [sock] puppet”

After another user commented on the shameful “lie” from Biden and Barra, presumably meaning the exclusion of Tesla and its success in the EV industry, Musk replied, “Biden is a damp [sock] puppet in human form,” using an emoji symbol of socks in place of that word.

Musk was not done yet, though, as he also responded to another user that shared Biden’s video with Barra while calling out the president for attempting to “cancel a great American company and rewrite EV history.”

The independent-minded billionaire innovator replied, “Biden is treating the American public like fools.”

Based on the latest polling figures, in which President Biden’s average approval rating stands at 40.9% with a disapproval rating of 54.6%, it would appear that Musk is not the only person who views the president as a “damp [sock] puppet” who is “treating the American public like fools,” as that looks to be a fairly widespread and growing sentiment.
