Nevada Trump rally attendees chant ‘lock her up’ about Hillary Clinton

Although the 2020 election is almost here, President Donald Trump still has scores to settle with “Crooked Hillary.”

Rallygoers in Nevada broke into chants of “lock her up” this weekend after President Trump took aim at his 2016 election rival.

Trump brings up Clinton email scandal

Speaking to an energized crowd in Reno on Saturday, Trump brought up “criminal” Clinton’s infamous e-mail scandal, which shadowed her ill-fated 2016 run until the very end. The audience started chanting “lock her up,” reviving a popular slogan from Trump’s historic 2016 campaign.

“You know, it’s true … She got a subpoena from the United States Congress, right, and she and her lawyer deleted 33,000 emails — after she got a United States subpoena,” Trump said.

Obama too?

Despite defeating Clinton, Trump then spent much of his first term fighting unfounded claims from Democrats that he colluded with Russia.

With his first term nearing its conclusion, Trump has called for a full accounting of the Trump-Russia “witch hunt” that has dogged him throughout his presidency and punishment for those alleged to have played a part, including former FBI director James Comey — who Clinton has blamed for her election loss, along with Russian Facebook trolls and ignorant voters — and former president Barack Obama.

At another rally in Henderson, Nevada the next day, Trump said that Obama “got caught” spying on his 2016 campaign, causing the crowd to erupt with cries of “lock him up.”

“He got caught. We caught him cold .. now let’s see what happens,” Trump said.

Clinton advises Biden to never concede

It was recently revealed that numerous investigators in special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of Russian collusion wiped their phones before the IG could inspect them, adding to what Trump allies call a trove of evidence that the Trump-Russia investigation was a political set up from the beginning.

Like Clinton, Obama has endorsed Biden and is rooting desperately for his victory. But recent polls suggest that Trump is closing the once-comfortable gap for Biden.

For her part, Clinton is calling on Joe Biden not to concede the election. “Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances,” Clinton said recently. “Because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually, I do believe he will win, if we don’t give an inch and if we are as focused and relentless as the other side is.”
