Even when Democrats are fully aware of all woke viewpoints, they still stick their foot in it sometimes.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) did just that at her press conference on Friday morning when she said that illegal immigrants were needed to “pick the crops” in Florida as a reason why they should not have been flown by Governor Ron DeSantis (R) to Martha’s Vineyard.
“Right now, the best thing that we can do for our economy is comprehensive immigration reform,” Pelosi said. “We have a shortage of workers in our country, and you see even in Florida, some of the farmers and the growers saying: ‘Why are you shipping these immigrants up north? We need them to pick the crops down here.’”
Why she didn’t know before saying such a thing that it would not be well-received is a mystery, but she’s even older than President Joe Biden, so maybe dementia is setting in with her as well.
Pelosi racist?
Republicans including Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) blasted Pelosi on Twitter, even calling her a racist.

Pelosi also claimed that Biden had “a plan” to handle border security even though his plan has let in more than 2 million illegal immigrants in less than two years.

Pelosi wearing out?
Does anybody else think Pelosi is looking awfully tired?
There have been many rumors that Pelosi will retire if Republicans take the majority in the House, though she denies them and says she will serve another term if re-elected.
It’s got to be exhausting keeping up the pretense that Democrat policies are actually working when they are destroying nearly 250 years of prosperity and Constitutional rule.
