Pelosi wants to ‘build back better’ with or without conservatives

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said “we have to build back better with women” during remarks this week, though she excluded any mention of conservative American women.

“So we have to make the bill greener, to be more for this century than last century which is — we have to make it more — President Biden says it so well. Build Back Better. Build Back Better,” Pelosi said on Monday, according to Breitbart News.

Women and a Greener Infrastructure Bill

According to Pelosi, building back better with women also includes “an obligation to our children to have a greener infrastructure bill.”

Pelosi interestingly noted her party’s plan to proceed even without bipartisan agreement. “And again we hope it would be bipartisan, but we cannot stop if it isn’t,” she said.

What’s Really Happening?

Pelosi’s focus on Biden’s infrastructure bill emphasized jobs. She tweeted, “Investing in our infrastructure will create millions of good-paying jobs to ensure America’s global competitiveness for the 21st Century.”

But if the Biden administration was really concerned about jobs, President Joe Biden didn’t show it during week one of his term.

Biden signed one executive order than halted construction of the border wall along the nation’s southern border, ending thousands of jobs with the stroke of a pen.

Since that time, nearly one million illegal immigrants have entered the nation, negatively impacting America’s safety and economy.

Another week one job killer was Biden’s executive order to end construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline. The order again ended thousands of jobs in an instant.

Instead, the infrastructure bill seeks to spend the money of American tax payers to create more jobs.

These actions, plus the worsening inflation under Biden’s leadership, show that Democrats aren’t really concerned about jobs.

There’a another agenda behind the publicity, and it has nothing to do with a green America or better economy.
