Texas AG rips Biden’s border policies: ‘People are going to die’

While President Joe Biden has asserted sweeping, unconstitutional authority in the name of protecting the public’s health, he has shown a reckless disregard for the nation’s welfare in his immigration policy.

According to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R), Biden’s neglect of the southern border is not just a policy failure as often described, but deliberately harmful criminality that is killing thousands of Americans.

“People are going to die”

According to Breitbart, Paxton pointed in a recent interview to a surge in drug overdose deaths, reportedly driven by record amounts of cheap, lethal fentanyl pouring into the country.

Paxton also noted the risk of illegal migrants — who have entered the country in record numbers under Biden — spreading COVID-19 in crowded detention facilities.

“There’s no doubt that the Biden administration knows that their policies — whether it’s related to not stopping the drug trafficking or whether it is the spread of COVID, on purpose, around the country — knows that people are going to die,” Paxton told Breitbart.

The White House’s actions are “criminal, and yet they get away with it, because they know they can’t be impeached by Congress,” the AG added. The ideologues who run the Biden administration are so hostile and incapable of accepting blame that they would deflect if “half the country died.”

“This isn’t like, ‘Oh, we just aren’t good at doing this.’ This is like, ‘No, we’re good at doing this, and we’re doing it on purpose,’” Paxton said, as Breitbart reported.

“We will have a one-party system”

Unlike American citizens, who Biden has punished with coercive mandates, Biden has given illegal migrants the option to decline the coronavirus vaccine. Just one-third of all migrants in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody have taken the shot, according to reports.

But Paxton offered an ominous warning: Democrats want to “rig” the political system so that they no longer “have to worry about people not liking what they’re doing.”

He pointed to a recent court ruling that said Paxton cannot prosecute election fraud. Biden and his allies have given up on governing effectively and want to establish a one-party state instead, Paxton said.

“Frankly, if they get that in Texas, we will have a one-party system in the country,” he told Breitbart.

Paxton’s message is dark, but true: Biden is trying to disenfranchise the American people like no president before him. If Republicans are lucky enough to take back Congress in November, they must hold him accountable.
