A petition calling for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to be impeached has surpassed 236,000 signatures.
The MoveOn.org petition is largely due to his wife’s alleged involvement in disputing the 2020 presidential election’s results.

A hit job
The push to impeach Thomas appears to be based on a smear campaign from the left against the only black conservative on the Supreme Court.
Happy Tuesday, especially to everyone who knows Clarence Thomas needs to resign or be removed from the Supreme Court NOW. #January6thHearings #TrumpCoupAttempt

Thomas has not done anything wrong and has not even been charged with wrongdoing. Instead, the left appears more upset over conservatives taking over the majority in the Supreme Court.
A birthday “surprise”
The ongoing attacks on Thomas continued even as he celebrated his birthday on Thursday.

Thomas also happens to be the most senior justice on the court, serving since the 1990s. Despite the left’s claims to desire diversity, many are set on removing the senior member and only male black Supreme Court justice.
The attack is not only about Jan. 6, as other conservatives have noted. Thomas has long held to his conservative beliefs and focus on the Constitution, including during a recent Second Amendment case involving New York’s conceal carry law.

The left might not like Thomas, but they’re finding it hard to stop him in his work to represent conservative values on the nation’s highest court.
