Police broke up a crowd of pro-abortion fanatics that gathered outside the Maryland homes of Supreme Court justices Brett Kavanaugh and John Roberts Saturday night.
The “protests” were part of a broader campaign by leftists to intimidate the Court and pro-life Catholics in general that has received the blessing of President Joe Biden.
Police breaks up mob threatening Kavanaugh, Roberts
The roughly 100 protesters chanted “keep abortion safe and legal,” notably omitting the word “rare.” Besides being thuggish, the “protests” were likely illegal, as federal law makes it a crime to picket with the intent to influence a court’s decision.
One scene of the chaos showed a police officer appearing to warn a demonstrator of legal penalties for unlawful picketing. Eventually, the protesters were dispersed by the police, the Daily Mail reported. There have been no arrests.
The intimidation campaign began with the unauthorized leak of a Court draft opinion overturning Roe V. Wade. Biden and his allies eagerly pounced to paint Republican opponents as “extreme” before the midterm elections.
But it has become evident who the real “extremists” are as leftists spent the weekend menacing justices at their homes and targeting Catholic Masses on Mother’s Day. Pro-abortion vandals have defaced churches and even perpetrated an arson attack on a Wisconsin pro-life group.

Biden endorses radical, anti-Catholic mob
Biden, who is himself Catholic, spent the weekend equivocating over the infanticidal mob and its violent, anti-Catholic harassment after signaling solidarity with the “passion” of “peaceful protesters” angered by the Court’s leaked opinion.
While Biden made token condemnations of the left’s intimidation, he failed to condemn the “peaceful protests” themselves, which have the clear intent to provoke fear.
The White House came close to acknowledging the threatening nature of the left’s response in a statement Monday declaring judges “must be able to do their jobs without concern for their personal safety” even as Biden’s fellow pro-abortion Catholic Nancy Pelosi (D-Ca.) praised the mob’s “righteous anger.”
The mob isn’t letting up as they plan to gather outside the home of Justice Samuel Alito, who authored the draft opinion overturning Roe, on Monday evening.
But Justice Clarence Thomas has already warned that the Court will not be bullied.
