The report
“Hunter Biden has been under federal investigation since 2018, according to a source familiar with the matter,” Fox News reported.
“A separate source told Fox News that the federal grand jury looking into Hunter Biden’s business dealings wrapped up its latest term late last month, but said no charges have been filed,” it added.

The Department of Justice is reportedly looking into the matter as well, according to CNN.
While the mention of charges against Hunter Biden sounds reasonable, the failure to investigate the first son so far has not been. His “laptop from hell” has been known since before the 2020 election, yet Hunter Biden has not received a single charge in the matter.
More importantly, several of Hunter’s communications involved his father, including the time when Joe Biden served as vice president under then-President Barack Obama. There could be much more than a gun charge to consider if the full contents of the evidence are pursued by the Department of Justice.
