Reports detail 2014 Biden meeting with Chinese executives linked to son

Despite his continued denials of involvement in his troubled son’s questionable foreign business dealings, reports suggest that President Joe Biden met with a pair of Chinese businessmen linked to Rosemont Seneca Partners, an investment firm led by his son, Hunter Biden, as the Washington Examiner reports, fueling speculation that the latter could soon find himself in serious legal jeopardy.

Citing a story in the Daily Mail, the outlet details the surprising ease with which officials from Chinese energy company Wanxiang were able to arrange a face-to-face with the then-vice president, further undermining the senior Biden’s claims of ignorance regarding the money-making schemes which increasingly appear to have benefited the entire Biden family.

West Wing meetup

As the Mail explained, executives from Wanxiang attended a meeting – reportedly on very short notice – with Joe Biden on July 25, 2014, conferring at the West Wing of the White House from roughly 11:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m., as official logs kept during the Obama administration reveal.

Representing the firm that day were Pin Ni, the president of Wanxiang America, and Youhong Han, president of Wanxiang Resources Co., the Examiner added.

Notably, GreatPoint Energy, a client of Seneca Global Advisors – Hunter Biden’s consulting firm – had partnered with the Chinese company just two years prior on a project to build a $1.25 billion natural gas facility in Asia, as the New York Post noted.

The ties with the vice president’s son did not stop there, as Hunter also held a substantial investment in the Fisker car company, purchased by Wanxiang just months before the West Wing meeting took place, and he also owned one of that firm’s pricey electric vehicles.

Fawning aftermath

Just a few short days after the White House confab. Ni sent a gushing email message to Hunter, referencing the visit to D.C. and noting that he had been made aware that the first son’s Fisker automobile was out of commission and that service options for it were scarce.

Ni told Hunter, “It would be our honor to get your Fisker fixed. I would like to give you a call to see what we could do as next step”

“It would be our great honor to welcome you to visit Fisker or Wanxiang at any time,” he added, though it is unclear whether Hunter Biden availed himself of the vehicle repair offer.

Damning evidence mounts

Reports of the meeting between Joe Biden and the Wanxiang executives come close on the heels of a recent review by Fox News Digital that revealed additional in-person discussions with no fewer than 14 individuals with whom his son was involved in business negotiations or deals.

Among the executives who apparently scored meetings with Joe Biden were businessmen from Mexico, China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, as well as right here in the United States, with some of those events taking place at the Naval Observatory – the official residence of the vice president.

Even so, as the mountain of contradictory evidence continues to build against Biden’s disingenuous claims of ignorance as to his son’s dealings, the administration seems to expect that the populace will simply turn a blind eye to the startling – and dangerous – facts that have already been laid bare for all to see, hoping that, as usual, justice and accountability never arrive for one of the most corrupt families in all of American politics.
