Ron Klain compares Biden to FDR, Eisenhower, touts ‘historic achievements’

From the very start of his shambolic presidency, Joe Biden has relied on shamelessly partisan news media to boost his public image. Just weeks after he had appeared to lose the favor of the leftist propaganda machine, Biden is getting a sudden jolt from his secret weapon.

In a puff piece from far-left Politico, Biden’s chief of staff Ron Klain went on a breathless rant about Biden’s so-called “historic achievements.”

Biden’s “historic achievements”

In typically hyperbolic language, Klain compared Biden to past presidents like FDR and Eisenhower.

“Elections are choices, and the choice just couldn’t be any clearer right now,” Klain said.

He even had the gall to claim that Biden “stood up to Big Pharma,” despite Biden’s vicious rhetoric toward Americans refusing vaccines that Biden made mandatory.

Klain’s messaging has echoed through the media with a narrative of a miraculous Biden revival. The press had appeared to leave Biden for dead just weeks ago, with outlets like the New York Times stoking speculation about Biden’s age.

That appears to be all but forgotten, though, after Biden’s unexpected success in passing the misleadingly titled Inflation Reduction Act, a revamped version of his Build Back Better agenda that incorporates the Green New Deal.

Comeback?

The negative tone that had prevailed in the media until recently has changed, with the media now heralding a comeback by “aviator Joe.”

Democrats are betting that this sort of propaganda, along with a slight drop in the price of gas and a backlash against abortion restrictions, will dampen a red wave that had been seen as largely inevitable.

Of course, nothing’s ever certain in politics, and Republicans should not be complacent, but inflation is still high, the “Inflation Reduction Act” won’t do a thing to change that, and Biden’s approval ratings remain underwater.

Democrats are almost certainly exaggerating their reversal in fortune. The red wave may have gotten smaller, but the Republican party is still favored to win control of the House of Representatives, in line with historic trends. The party’s odds of flipping the Senate are 50-50.

Speaking of “historic achievements,” Biden has brought illegal immigration to unprecedented highs, but the media isn’t talking about that very much. Why could that be….
