Supplemental report by Senate committees reveals new details about Hunter Biden’s business ties

Even after the mainstream media has declared Democratic nominee Joe Biden president-elect, new allegations continue to surface regarding his family’s dubious international business ties.

According to Just the News, Senate Republicans released a new report this week that featured the contents of texts and other documents provided by Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden.

“Unclear what the true purpose is”

The latest details were contained in a document released on Wednesday by the GOP leaders of two Senate panels: the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and the Finance Committee.

Their supplemental report comes weeks after an earlier report by the same committees detailed a number of questionable international business dealings.

According to the latest records, which were cited by the New York Post, Biden family business associate Rob Walker appears to have received two $3 million wire transfers in 2017 from a Chinese energy firm, but the Senate report noted that it is “unclear what the true purpose is behind these transactions and who the ultimate beneficiary is.”

The report further states that these “transactions are a direct link between Walker and the communist Chinese government and, because of his close association with Hunter Biden, yet another tie between Hunter Biden’s financial arrangements and the communist Chinese government.”

That Chinese company was reportedly “affiliated” with CEFC China Energy, a firm whose chairman had “established ties to the Chines  Communist Party and Chinese military, the People’s Liberation Army,” according to the senators.

“Familiar with the deal”

Bobulinski also provided an email in which Walker described himself as a “surrogate for H or Jim when gauging opportunities,” apparently referring to Hunter Biden and his uncle, James Biden.

In a prior Fox News Channel interview, Bobulinski described his involvement with Walker and the Bidens in a partnership with CEFC. Walker reportedly told Bobulinski in a phone conversation that he would “bury all of us” by going public with the information.

Furthermore, CEFC’s leader Ye Jianming was believed to be looking for other opportunities for international investments, including Russian state-owned energy firm Rosneft.

The Senate report alleged: “In an October 2017 message exchange produced to the Committees by Bobulinski, Hunter Biden told Bobulinski that although he ‘stayed out of that Russian mess,’ he ‘discussed the Roseneft [sic] deal’ with Ye personally and was familiar with the deal, including the fact that Ye was ‘pissed off … by the execution.”

As for the importance of their follow-up report, the senators wrote that these new allegations reveal “connections between the Biden family and the communist Chinese government, as well as the links between Hunter Biden’s business associates and the Russian government,” thereby raising “counterintelligence and extortion concerns.”
