The event is one of several by Trump. The former president also plans to hold a rally in Ohio on Saturday.
Trump also recently held a rally in North Carolina where he pushed his favored candidates, including Rep. Ted Budd who is running for Senate. Despite critical reviews from mainstream media, Trump has many fans left across the nation.

The latest event will likely rally GOP voters in the state, but will also test Trump’s ability to play kingmaker in a state where his endorsed candidate has come under recent accusations.
