Video of Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul Pelosi reveals DUI controversy

The California Highway Patrol released video and images of Paul Pelosi’s DUI arrest.

The husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was recently sentenced to no additional jail time, facing a variety of other penalties following the car accident and driving under the influence charge.

The incident

“On the night of May 28, Pelosi got behind the wheel of his 2021 Porsche 911 toward the family’s country house in Napa Valley,” the Washington Examiner reported.

“At one point, he attempted to cross the highway but was rammed by a Jeep,” it added.

The sentence

“He was subsequently sentenced to three years of probation, and five days of jail time with credit for any time served,” the Daily Caller reported regarding Pelosi’s sentence.

“Part of Pelosi’s probation includes eight hours of a court work program, a three-month drinking and driving course, and will have an ignition interlock device affixed to his car for a year. He’ll also be paying a $150 fine,” it added.

The treatment and sentencing appear to reveal a two-tier system of justice applied to the elite.

Pelosi’s actions could have killed someone. Now he’s walking free with only minor penalties despite the concerns shown in the released video.
