White House blasts millions of Trump supporters as a ‘threat to democracy’

While he once pledged to “unite” the country, Joe Biden is gearing up for the midterm elections with increasingly extreme, partisan attacks painting his political enemies as traitors to America.

In yet another shocking provocation, the White House described millions of Americans who support former President Trump as an “extremist threat to our democracy.”

Trump supporters “semi-fascists”

Biden, whose party is in danger of losing control of Congress, kicked off his scapegoating campaign last week by describing Trump supporters as “semi-fascists” who are a “threat to our very democracy.” Trump received over 74 million votes in the 2020 presidential election.

The nation can expect to hear more of Biden’s bile Thursday night in a primetime speech at Independence Hall, where Biden will elaborate on his campaign theme that people who don’t support him are the enemy.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre glibly defended Biden’s extreme remarks Wednesday, saying he is “calling out” people who “don’t respect the rule of law.” She said Biden believes voters, not just Republican leaders, are part of a “threat to our democracy, to our freedom, to our rights.”

“It’s not just Republican leadership.  It’s not just that blanket. Right? He is talking about an extre- — an extreme portion, like extreme part of the party.  He’s been very, very clear about that,” she said.

While so-called “conservative Republicans” have Biden’s approval, he sees “the MAGA Republicans” as a problem, she explained, adding they are the “most energized” Republican voters and support an “authoritarian figure.”

Biden steps up authoritarian messaging

One of those “conservative Republicans” who Biden is fine with, Governor Larry Hogan of Maryland (R), called Biden’s extreme rhetoric a “mistake” and a ploy to distract from “his failed record as president” and the Democratic party’s turn to the far left.

For days, Biden has been steadily escalating his rhetoric, even suggesting –– with a laugh — using military force against “brave, right-wing Americans” who he said would need “F-15s” to stand against the government.

“And for those brave, right-wing Americans who say it’s all about keeping America — keeping America as independent and safe: If you want to fight against a country, you need an F-15.  You need something a little more than a gun,” he said.

During the same speech, Biden also falsely accused Trump supporters of killing “several police officers” during the January 6th Capitol protest and defended the FBI for “doing their job” by raiding the home of Biden’s top political rival.

“For God’s sake, whose side are you on? Whose side are you on?” Biden said.
