Zuckerberg says FBI warned of Russian misinformation before Hunter Biden laptop story

The FBI warned Facebook of a coming Russian propaganda ahead of the release of the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg revealed the information on Joe Rogan’s podcast in the issue that impacted the 2020 election.

Zuck’s words

“The FBI, I think basically came to us — some folks on our team and was like, ‘Hey, um, just so you know, like, you should be on high alert. There was the — we thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election,” Zuckerberg said.

“We have it on notice that basically there’s about to be some kind of dump of — that’s similar to that. So just be vigilant,” he added

Rogan’s response

“It’s probably also the case of armchair quarterbacking, right? Or at least Monday morning quarterbacking… because in the moment, you had reason to believe based on the FBI talking to you that it wasn’t real and that there was going to be some propaganda. So what do you do?” Rogan said.

“And then, if you just let it get out there and what if it changes the election and it turns out to be bulls—, that’s a real problem. And I would imagine that those kinds of decisions are the most difficult.”

The Hunter Biden laptop scandal continues to serve as a source of problems for the Biden administration.

Whistleblower reports as recently as this week have claimed FBI officials told agents not to investigate over concerns regarding the 2020 election.

The story behind these reports are of great importance to many Americans who have concerns about the Biden family’s involvement in some of the reports coming from the laptop.
