Trump advisor exposes fake news regarding Trump/Pence

Jason Miller, an advisor to former President Donald Trump, just exposed some fake news.

According to Miller, reports indicating that if Trump runs for the presidency again in 2024 it will be without former vice president Mike Pence are false

What Miller was specifically commenting on, during a recent interview with Mediaite, was an article from Bloomberg News claiming that Trump would look for another running mate should he chose to run in 2024. According to Miller, though, this is not the case.

“I can tell you, as someone who probably speaks with [Trump] on the political side as much, if not more than anybody else, never once has there been a conversation internally or in a group about doing something different for the VP position for 2024 if he decides to go that route,” Miller said.

Background

What Bloomberg was probably trying to capitalize on was the apparent falling out that occurred between Trump and Pence towards the end of their administration.

The reader will likely remember that Pence was the man who as vice president presided over Congress’ January 6th Electoral College vote confirmation. Ahead of that event, Trump pressured Pence into rejecting electors from contested states. Trump argued that Pence had the authority to do so.

Pence, however, thought otherwise. He chose simply to oversee the proceedings, and he earned some criticism from Trump as a result. It appeared as though a rift had formed between Trump and Pence.

The latest

There may have been a disagreement between Trump and Pence, but, according to various reports, the two men appear to have put that disagreement behind them.

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), after recently meeting with Pence said that he got the sense that Pence and Trump “speak often and maintain the same personal friendship and relationship now that they have for four years.”

And, Miller, more recently, confirmed that “President Trump and Vice President Pence have had a couple of really good conversations since President Trump left office.”

So, contrary to what you may have heard, there is no bad blood between Trump and Pence and there is no indication that Trump would find a different running mate for 2024.

That’s fake news.

  1. President Trump needs a new VP as a running mate as Pence showed his true colors when push came to shove. I would not vote for Pence as a dog catcher.

  3. IF Trump decides to run in ’24 I’m sure there will be numerous polls taken to see who he would team up with.

  4. Okay, no bad blood between Trump and Pence, just between the USA and Pence. He’s a globalist who always had a PAC. Bison (Nancy’s antifa nephew) was in his office. Need more?

  5. As much as I think Pence is a “nice” guy, I am not sure he would be the best choice for a running mate should President Trump decide to run again. I would love to see him choose Tim Scott or a woman (not Kristi Noem or Niki Haley). I just think it would be a better combination.

  6. I would choose De Santis as a running mate, or Jim Jordan, they are go getters who would fight for right.

  7. Don’t blame Pence, guards at the door keeping 3 states out of the room. Then the attack on the Capital which was planned by Pelosi and crowd. She and the media continue to lie. Why, they are damn afraid of President Trump. So blame Pelosi, not Pence. The fake news continues to lie even though President Trump is a private citizen, but they really don’t have any content so I hope they start talking about themselves. Great

  8. I think Adam Schiff on the intelligence committee is the biggest joke yet played by the Democrats. I really think he’s insane, but then again his sister is married to someone in the Soros crowd.

  9. California needs an overhaul AND IT WILL GET ONE, the Californians are really tired of the democrats.

  10. WELL I DO HOPE HE TAKE A LONG AND HARD LOOK FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH WE DO NOT NEED A FLASH LIGHT TO LOOK FOR A SWAMP CREATURE WE HAD THIS ELECTION IF PENCE WOULD HAVE DO HIS DUTY FOR ALL OUR PEOPLE BUT HE SOLD US ALL OUT HE KNOWS THAT THE ELECTION WAS HAVE A LOT OF ISSUE AND STILL HE DO WHAT HE WANTED TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THAT IS TO SCREW US ALL

  11. And then there Nadler, he’s a Jim dandy, isn’t he. He’s nuts also. He fainted somewhere everyone was hoping he couldn’t go back to DC. But he went back. Have to keep making straight jackets. A new small business.

  12. Trump needs to free himself of every single one who betrayed him in his first term, including Pence. He needs to seek a true conservative for his VP, and I think Ted Cruz would be awes0me in that role. Imagine him as the Boss of the Senate!! Priceless! Ted doesn’t have the national respect that he should, but he is a true Constitutional Conservative. Kristi Noem is another.

  13. I will not vote for Trump if Pence is on the ticket I love him but his judgement is compromised ! Pence sold us out he says he’s following the constitution that’s a lie no one in Washington is following the constitution we need leaders with steel spines no kissy faces !
