Hillary Clinton, who evaded justice for her notorious criminal e-mail server, confessed that Donald Trump's conviction reduced her to tears as she dished on Trump receiving "karma" for calling to "lock her up."

Clinton shared the shocking comments with CBS as she promotes her fourth memoir.

Clinton touts 'karma'

In her new book, Clinton shared her exasperation with being asked about the 2016 election results.

"Since 2016, people have asked me, 'Will you ever be able to move on?' Move on? I wish!" Clinton writes.

Clinton's ill-fated run was plagued by the scandal over her illegal use of a private e-mail server to store top secret information, which led to chants of "lock her up" at Trump's rallies as Trump labeled her "Crooked Hillary."

The FBI called Clinton's conduct "extremely careless" but declined to pursue criminal charges. While Clinton has never been able to move on from Trump's victory, she is finding some gratification in his May conviction for "falsifying business records."

"Looks like karma to me," she told CBS.

Hillary cries 'election interference'...

The Democratic prosecutor in Trump's case, Alvin Bragg, accused Trump of attempting to sway voters in 2016 by burying porn star Stormy Daniels' claims of an extramarital affair, which Trump has denied.

Trump has long blasted the case as a politically motivated effort to meddle in the 2024 presidential race. A top Justice Department official in the Southern District of New York was recently caught describing Bragg's case as "nonsense" and "a perversion of justice."

But Clinton asserted that Trump was engaged in gravely serious "election interference" that may have cost her the 2016 election.

“I got tears in my eyes then,” Clinton said. “The case which was mistakenly called a ‘hush-money’ case was an election interference case."

“Why did he do what he did? He did it to try to keep the information from the American public so that they wouldn’t turn away from him and vote for me. So it’s a pretty clear case of election interference.”

While there was some speculation that Clinton would seek the presidency again in 2024, she has thrown her weight behind Kamala Harris' surprise bid.

Clinton has continued to stoke controversy with her rhetoric, telling MSNBC's Rachel Maddow that Trump is a "danger" to the country even after he dodged a second assassination attempt this weekend.
