James Carville 'scared to death' about outcome on Election Day

While most Democrats will downplay the growing possibility of former President Donald Trump sweeping Vice President Kamala Harris on Election Day, there are a few who know better.

One of those is card-carrying Democrat James Carville, who according to Fox News, recently admitted that he's "scared to death" about what might happen come Nov. 5.

In a bombshell interview with MSNBC's Ari Melber, Carville urged Harris to step up her game and get more aggressive with her messaging while she still has time.

Carville has previously sounded the alarm for his fellow Democrats as Trump continues to maintain enough momentum and backing to pull out a victory.

What did he say?

In his usual fashion, Carville held nothing back after telling Melber that he's "very, very concerned" about the election.

"They need to be sharp. They need to be aggressive. They need to stop answering questions and start asking questions. They’re doing all this and sitting down with ‘60 Minutes’ and sitting down with Colbert and sitting down — no matter what, if I come on your show, you will ask me the questions. If I have a press conference, I get to ask the questions," Carville said.

In an attempt to clarify Carville's suggestion, he asked the Democrat if he meant he believes Harris should do more press conferences.

"Where she’s out saying, ‘What is JD Vance talking about that Trump saved ObamaCare? He tried to destroy it at every point.’ I would put President Obama out to make that. He only has a 92% approval with Democrats. He is only the author, the father, of 23 million people having insurance," Carville said.

He also took issue with Democrats for not countering Trump and VP candidate J.D. Vance's messaging.

"And I think she and the whole campaign need to be much more aggressive and much less passive than they are," the Louisiana Democrat said.

"Get off your a--"

Carville advised Harris to ramp up her responses to what he called "lies" told by Vance.

"Why isn't Harris herself out today talking about that?" Carville said during a recent podcast. "Get off your a--. Move, move, move!"

While Trump and Harris are neck and neck in virtually all of the swing state polls, many believe securing Pennsylvania will be the path to victory next month.

Many also believe that Trump has made enormous gains in the Keystone State, setting up for a potential massive victory.
