Vice President Kamala Harris desperately needs to win the critical swing state of Michigan if she wants a chance at winning the White House next month. 

However, there's a real chance that she'll lose it if a portion of the state's 200,000 or so Muslim voters band together and vote against her, which is entirely possible given the movement against the Biden-Harris administration over their stance on the Israel-Hamas war.

According to the Daily Caller, the Drive for 75 organization, led by Rex Nazarko, said he and his organization are making a serious push to get 75% of Michigan's Muslim-American voters to vote for Green Party candidate Jill Stein, which would all but ensure Harris loses the state.

Election analysts say that it would almost certainly mean she'd lose the election to former President Donald Trump, given the state provides 15 crucial Electoral College votes.

What's going on?

Nazarko explained his strategy to the Daily Caller, emphasizing that his group has ran thousands of simulations based on the number of Muslim-American voters in the state, and virtually every time, if 75% turn out to vote for Stein, Harris is cooked.

And that's only for voters in the Muslim community, he explained, meaning it doesn't count others who are allied with the movement against the Biden-Harris administration over its stance on Israel.

"What was a guarantee for [a Harris loss] to happen? We tried with different percentages and different turnouts, and with the 75% number, again, accounting only for the Muslim community, not other communities, not other allies, not other progressives. It essentially guaranteed a 99.9% likelihood of the vice president losing the election in Michigan, if 75% of [the community turned out]," he said.

He added, "We ran that simulation 10,000 times, and almost every time that was the case. So that’s how we got the Drive for 75 call to action and idea."

In an effort to hold the Biden-Harris administration accountable for how it has handled the Israel-Hamas conflict, Muslim voters have told the outlet that they're pushing for a vote for Stein, or even former President Donald Trump.

The situation is nothing less than a total nightmare for Harris and her campaign as they struggle to overcome the momentum against them in the critical swing state.

Nazarko doubles down

The Drive for 75 leader released a statement on his X account explaining why he believes his push to defeat Harris in Michigan is important.

While the Harris campaign attempts to downplay the situation, one can be sure that it's a real threat keeping Harris and her staffers up at night.
