Trump's hush money sentencing is cancelled
America's corrupt Democrats thought that they had Donald J. Trump dead to rights, but it looks as if America's 47th President is going to be the one getting the last laugh.
New York Judge Juan Merchan has delayed the sentencing in Donald Trump's hush money case, opening the door for the case to be dismissed entirely.
In a trial that's been full of twists and turns already, this is the one that may have been the most stunning.
Things looking up for Trump
Who knows what liberals would have been able to do to Donald Trump if he hadn't won the election. Luckily, we don't have to worry about that now.
Previously, Donald Trump had been scheduled to be sentenced BEFORE the election after being convicted of 34 counts of falsifying business records. That sentencing was ultimately delayed, and now Trump and his team are hoping for the entire case to be thrown out.
Trump lawyer Todd Blanche is one of the people who have been arguing for the case to be tossed.
"Just as a sitting President is completely immune from any criminal process, so too is President Trump as President-elect," Todd Blanche wrote.
Blanche has a particular interested in seeing Trump avoid jail as Blanche has been nominated to a top post in Donald Trump's Department of Justice.
"Immediate Dismissal"
Trump's team is arguing that the only way to achieve justice in this case is to have the entire case dismissed, as mandated by the "federal Constitution, the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, and the interest of justice."
Trump's incoming White House communications director Steven Cheung recently spoke out about how important it is to eliminate all remnants of the witch hunt against Donald Trump in order to have a successful transfer of power.
"In a decisive win for President Trump, the hoax Manhattan Case is now fully stayed and sentencing is adjourned. President Trump won a landslide victory as the American People have issued a mandate to return him to office and dispose of all remnants of the Witch Hunt cases," Cheung said. "All of the sham lawfare attacks against President Trump are now destroyed and we are focused on Making America Great Again."
It is unclear if Donald Trump might have to face some of these charges again after he leaves office. Some people are speculating that Alvin Bragg is so corrupt that he may try to hold these cases over Donald Trump's head for Trump's entire second term in office.
The plan would then be to go after trump again after Donald leaves the White House.
Please pray that Trump's team can make sure that doesn't happen.
