JD Vance Reportedly The Architect Behind Jan. 6th Protestor Pardons

Vice President JD Vance has reportedly been the key driving force behind the broad sweeping pardons issued to all Jan. 6th protestors who had their civil rights violated by the leftist Department of Justice under former President Joe Biden.

Sources in the White House told Breitbart News that it was Vance who had been working during the entire transition period since election day and helping develop the pardons and process and approach that Trump took on day one of his presidency.

Trump had long promised pardons and justice for those Americans who were unfairly targeted by leftist prosecutors and judges should he win a 2nd term in the White House and he made good on that promise.

The news that JD Vance has been the architect of the broad pardons has further cemented the sentiment that Trump struck gold selecting Vance as his running mate.

Many of the J6 protestors have had their rights violated and some have even been held for years in prison without being charged. Some prisons have been compared to political gulags and there will likely be serious investigations launched in the coming weeks.

Hell To Pay

There are serious allegations that some of the protestors detained in Washington D.C. prisons have been subject to abuse and torture with rumors that some prisoners were tortured and physically beaten by correctional officers.

These rumors could explain why Vance and the Trump transition team have been so focused on getting all the protestors pardoned and released from prison as soon as possible.

Some protestors have been held for years without being charged which is a blatant violation of civil rights. Other protestors have been denied a fair trial by being forced to present their cases before leftist judges who openly declare their punishment is political in nature.

A source in the White House told Breitbart, "Throughout the transition, JD was behind the scenes pushing as hard as possible for broad pardons and commutations of the J6 hostages."

People who merely protested the outcome of an election following a summer of massive riots by leftists that literally burned down cities were rounded up and held as political prisoners for years and it was essential that they be freed immediately.

The leftist judges, prosecutors, and prison wardens who violated the civil rights of these protestors must all face the full force of the law, just like Trump's supporters have over the past four years. These abuses went on for too long and now it is time for them to pay.

Pardon Defied

Following the signing of Trump's pardons for protestors, reports began to spread that federal prisons around the country were slow walking and resisting the release of some protestors.

Federal facilities in Colorado were reportedly so committed to stonewalling the release of pardoned detainees that it took getting Congressional representatives involved to finally get prison officials to answer phones and reluctantly do their jobs.

The Trump administration must follow up on all reports of resistance to releasing pardoned protestors and ensure that any official who attempted to wrongfully detain those under pardon also face the full force of the law.
