Report: Prince Andrew fears being arrested over his ties to Jeffery Epstein
It has been nearly six years since finance mogul and convicted sex offender Jeffery Epstein passed away while being held in federal custody.
Yet while Epstein may be gone, multiple sources have confessed that his legacy continues to haunt Britain's Prince Andrew.
Photographer says prince fears being arrested over his ties to Epstein
According to Fox News, one of them is British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard, who recently told the network that the prince fears returning to American soil.
"Prince Andrew is petrified of even thinking of returning to New York," she explained. "He is very much rooted to his home, Royal Lodge, and isn't moving any time soon."
"Gone are the comfy days of feeling self-assured and having yes people circling him," Chard said of the royal family member.
"The fresh scandals, accusations, public controversies and negative media surrounding Andrew have led to him feeling very alone," she stressed before adding, "No one wants association with inappropriate Andrew."
Chard maintains that the prince has been "ruminating" and is "fearful that further legal scrutiny over his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein will lead to a public, humiliating arrest."
Insider claims that Andrew will "never risk going to America again"
Chard is not alone in making that assessment, as The Sun recently spoke with an unnamed royal family "insider" who offered a similar perspective.
The figure asserted that Andrew "is terrified if he goes to America, he could be arrested, face civil action or be subpoenaed."
The individual went on to add that Andrew hasn't been on "a single golf trip to Spain or holiday abroad" due to Epstein-related concerns.
GOP congresswoman to lead task force focused on Epstein and JFK
Meanwhile, Newsweek reported this week that Florida Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is set to lead a task force focused on declassifying material relating to Epstein's death along with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
"This will no longer be a task force that makes bold promises only to fade into irrelevance or send strongly worded letters," Luna pledged.
"This will be a relentless pursuit of truth and transparency, and we will not stop until the American people have the answers they deserve," the Florida lawmaker proclaimed.
